Victoria’s Secret & Co. releases third annual ESG Report Detailing Progress in Environmental Sustainability, Social Initiatives and Governance Measures
Today, VS&Co published its third annual Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) report documenting the progress made in these areas.
As you’ll see throughout this report, every action at VS&Co is rooted in our commitment to celebrate, support and champion women, who make up the majority of our customers and 85 percent our team.
We’re also delighted to highlight the significant strides and work accomplished, including achieving pay equity for yet another year, beginning a revolutionary partnership with farmers in Alabama, launching our first-ever adaptive products and more.
While we’re pleased with the progress made this year, we recognize there’s more work ahead of us and we will continue the work because we know these efforts are important to our customers, associates, shareholders and our business.
