Inclusion Resource Groups

Our Inclusion Resource Groups (IRGs) create an opportunity for associates to connect with one another around their shared passion for creating an inclusive and equitable workplace for all associates. These groups provide professional development, support the needs of the business and actively engage in community volunteerism.

Through fostering connections across diverse cultures, celebrating individual heritages and championing inclusion, our IRGs contribute to creating a profound sense of belonging among associates. This not only enhances the overall well-being of our workforce but also aligns with our pursuit of maintaining a happy, healthy and inclusive culture. Biannually, each of our IRGs partners with a nonprofit organization that aligns with their strategic priorities and the community they support. The partnership includes programming support, volunteerism and a financial contribution. 

Membership is open to all associates who are passionate about the important role DEI plays in our organization. We currently have  more than 900 members across the following groups:

ADAPT

ADAPT

ADAPT or Abled and Disabled Allies Partnering Together is our IRG for associates with disabilities, caregivers and allies. ADAPT was created as safe and empathetic environment where associates with disabilities, caregivers and allies can openly discuss issues they face at work and at home. ADAPT promotes inclusion throughout the employment life cycle by advocating, celebrating and educating about the needs of the disabled/disability community.

ALL IN

ALL IN

ALL IN or The Asian Learning, Leadership, & Innovation Network is for associates who identify as Asian and/or Pacific Islander and their allies. ALL IN’s mission is to foster diversity, inclusion and innovation by celebrating Asian and Pacific Islander heritage, increasing cultural awareness, embracing learning and cultivating best-in-class leaders.

Conexión

Conexión

Conexión is for associates who identify as Hispanic and/or Latinx and their allies. Their mission is to provide an inclusive associate network that celebrates the Latino culture, develops associates through leadership and professional development while positively elevating Victoria’s Secret & Co. to this important demographic. Events and activations include Hispanic Heritage month education and awareness, lunch and learn networking events and volunteer opportunities.

Evolve

Evolve

Evolve, our IRG for associates who identify as LGBTQIA+ and their allies, is committed to creating an open and inclusive environment for associates to build relationships, develop their careers and support each other within Victoria’s Secret & Co. and the broader community. Events and activations include Pride month education and awareness including participation in Columbus Pride parade, AIDS Walk Ohio, participation in lunch and learns, networking sessions and opportunities to directly impact the business in focus groups.

Mosaic

Mosaic

Mosaic is the IRG for associates who identify as Black or African American and their allies. Mosaic’s mission is to promote a dynamic and culturally enriched work environment that helps recruit, retain and empower diverse associates at Victoria’s Secret & Co. They strive to serve as thought leaders to the business, supporting efforts to foster an inclusive environment. Events and activations include support for and participation at the National Urban League conference, Black History Month education and awareness, professional development and networking events and community volunteer opportunities.

WIN

WIN

Our Women’s Inclusion Network (WIN) is for women and their allies seeking mentors/mentees. WIN seeks to empower women to lead and excel at Victoria’s Secret & Co. by providing professional development, leadership enrichment and engagement opportunities within a supportive environment where women are connected, engaged and mentored. Events and activations include sponsoring and support for the Together Digital National Conference, Women’s History Month education and awareness, book club discussions, lunch and learn sessions and networking opportunities.

Empowering Communities

We believe it’s our responsibility to use our time, money and resources to drive change that extends beyond our business. In 2023, 86% of total giving was directed to organizations that formally supported women, people of color, veterans and the military, people with disabilities, different age groups and the LGBTQIA+ community. 
                    
We also committed $325,000 to nonprofit organizations identified by our IRGs, including:
