Martin Waters is the Chief Executive Officer of Victoria’s Secret & Co. Mr. Waters served as the Chief Executive Officer of Victoria’s Secret since February 2021 and Victoria’s Secret Lingerie since November 2020. He previously served as the Chief Executive Officer of L Brands International from 2008 to 2021 with responsibility for launching and growing the global Victoria’s Secret and Bath & Body Works businesses under L Brands, Inc. He holds a B.A. in retail marketing from Manchester University in the United Kingdom. Mr. Waters joined L Brands in 2008.
Amy Hauk is Chief Executive Officer for PINK, a spirited lifestyle brand dedicated to the independent college-aged woman. At the helm since fall 2018, Hauk’s love of retail and passion for the customer drive her work setting strategic direction for the business. With a long, tenured career in retail, Hauk joined L Brands in a merchant leadership role at Bath & Body Works in 2008. She was promoted to Chief Merchant and Executive Vice President of Merchandising in 2012 and led critical work to evolve and elevate product positioning driving explosive growth for the brand.
Prior to her work at L Brands, Hauk held a variety of merchandising leadership roles at Disney Store/The Children’s Place most notably Senior Vice President and General Merchandise Manager. She spent seven years prior at Gap, Inc. growing her career from Merchandise Manager, Baby Gap, to Vice President, Men’s Merchandising, Old Navy. She cut her teeth in retail at Sunglass Hut as a Buyer, and at Macy’s prior to that, where she began as a sales associate gaining critical customer and in-store experience.
Hauk earned a degree in History from University of California: Davis.
Greg Unis is the Chief Executive Officer of Victoria’s Secret Beauty. As part of the larger Victoria’s Secret family, Victoria’s Secret Beauty offers prestige fragrance innovative body care and fashion-forward accessories that make customers feel and look their most beautiful.
As CEO, Unis is responsible for the nearly $1B Victoria’s Secret Beauty, Victoria’s Secret Accessories, and PINK Beauty businesses. Since he joined Victoria’s Secret Beauty in April 2016, Unis has established a foundation for the business to deliver record sales in 2018 and has paved the way for extensive growth in all three categories.
Prior to joining Victoria’s Secret Beauty, Unis held the role of Executive Vice President and Global Head of Men’s and Licensing Merchandising for Coach. A seasoned merchant, Unis also held senior positions with Brooks Brothers and Gap, Inc. Unis is a graduate of Boston University and holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.
Tim Johnson is an experienced public company CFO, most recently having served as both CFO and Chief Administrative Officer for Big Lots. He joined Victoria’s Secret & Co. in 2021, bringing seven years of experience as a public company CFO, along with broad experience in strategic planning, financial planning and analysis, reporting, accounting, tax and investor relations, as well as risk management, asset protection and security and distribution centers.
Johnson also served as interim co-CEO of Big Lots in 2018 with the company’s chief merchant. He started his career in public accounting at Coopers & Lybrand, followed by corporate finance roles at then Limited Brands.
Dein Boyle is the Chief Operating Officer of Victoria’s Secret & Co. Mr. Boyle has served as the Chief Operating Officer of Victoria’s Secret since 2020. He previously served as chief operating officer of PINK from 2016 to 2020, chief administrative officer of PINK from 2015 to 2016, and executive vice president at PINK from 2012 to 2014. He holds a B.A. in business administration from Indiana State University. Mr. Boyle joined L Brands, Inc. in 2008.
Laura Miller is Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Victoria’s Secret & Co. She is responsible for human resources activities, including talent acquisition and retention; associate culture and engagement; learning and development; compensation and benefits; diversity, equity and inclusion; and communications. She joined the brand in December 2020.
Laura has over 30 years of Human Resources experience. Prior to Victoria’s Secret & Co., Laura was Chief Human Resources Officer for Royal Caribbean Cruises LTD. She also has served as Chief Human Resources Officer at ADT Corporation, Chief Human Resources Officer for Coca-Cola Refreshments, and was a Senior Vice President of Human Resources for the Raytheon Company.
Laura holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
Brian Leinback is Chief Information Officer for Victoria’s Secret & Co. Previously, he joined L Brands in 2017 as EVP and Chief Information Officer. In this role, he provides the overall strategic vision and direction for all global technology efforts across stores, ecommerce and enterprise operations.
He is responsible to ensure the company’s critical IT platforms are leveraged effectively to improve business operations and maintain competitiveness in the markets we serve, as well as to drive business innovation through new relevant IT capabilities.
Brian has previously held CIO roles with Macys and Delta Air Lines. He began his career at IBM where his numerous positions covered the engineering, manufacturing, insurance and retail industries He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from Virginia Tech.
Melinda (Mel) McAfee
Mel McAfee joined Victoria’s Secret & Co. in May 2021 as Chief Legal Officer. Previously she was Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of EXPRESS, Inc., a specialty retail apparel company.
Prior to joining EXPRESS, Mel was in-house counsel for Abercrombie & Fitch Co. for over 10 years and a partner in the Labor & Employment practice of Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease, LLP.
Mel has experience in the areas of governance, employment, privacy, marketing, regulatory, commercial contracts, health & safety, immigration and retail operations, both domestically and internationally. She is a Certified Information Privacy Professional for the US and EU.
Mel earned her Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a Management Concentration from Ohio Wesleyan University in 1992 and a Juris Doctorate from Georgetown University in 1995.
