Martin Waters

Chief Executive Officer

Martin Waters is the Chief Executive Officer of Victoria’s Secret & Co. Prior Mr. Waters served as the Chief Executive Officer of Victoria’s Secret and Victoria’s Secret Lingerie. He previously served as the Chief Executive Officer of L Brands International from 2008 to 2021 with responsibility for launching and growing the global Victoria’s Secret and Bath & Body Works businesses under L Brands, Inc. He holds a B.A. in retail marketing from Manchester University in the United Kingdom. Mr. Waters joined L Brands in 2008.

Greg Unis

Brand President, Victoria’s Secret and Victoria’s Secret PINK

Greg Unis is the Brand President of Victoria’s Secret and PINK and leads the design, merchandising, creative, planning, strategic patterning and business development functions. As Brand President, he has an integral role in continuing to evolve our brands, delight our customers and grow our business.
 
Greg Unis joined the business in 2016 and formerly held the roles of CEO of Victoria’s Secret Beauty and most recently as Chief Growth Officer at Victoria’s Secret & Co. As Chief Growth Officer, he was tasked with growing the business through new business development, international expansion and mergers and acquisition opportunities. Greg also led VS&Co’s real estate and store design and construction teams focused on expanding the company’s store of the future initiative.  
 
In his role as CEO of Victoria’s Secret Beauty, he was responsible for the nearly $1B Victoria’s Secret Beauty, Victoria’s Secret Accessories, and PINK Beauty businesses, helping the brand deliver record sales and extensive growth in all three categories. Greg has a long-tenured career in retail where he was formerly Executive Vice President and Global Head of Men’s and Licensing Merchandising for Coach and held senior positions at Brooks Brothers and Gap Inc. Greg is a graduate of Boston University and holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.
 

Tim Johnson

Chief Financial and Administrative Officer
Victoria’s Secret & Co.

Tim Johnson is the Chief Finance and Administrative Officer of Victoria’s Secret & Co. Most recently having served as both CFO for Victoria’s Secret as well as the CFO and Chief Administrative Officer for Big Lots. He joined Victoria’s Secret & Co. in 2021, bringing seven years of experience as a public company CFO, along with broad experience in strategic planning, financial planning and analysis, reporting, accounting, tax and investor relations, as well as risk management, asset protection and security and distribution centers.

Tim also served as interim co-CEO of Big Lots in 2018 with the company’s chief merchant. He started his career in public accounting at Coopers & Lybrand, followed by corporate finance roles at then Limited Brands.

Dein Boyle

Chief Operating Officer
Victoria’s Secret & Co.

Dein Boyle is the Chief Operating Officer of Victoria’s Secret & Co. Mr. Boyle has served as the Chief Operating Officer of Victoria’s Secret since 2020. He previously served as chief operating officer of PINK from 2016 to 2020, chief administrative officer of PINK from 2015 to 2016, and executive vice president at PINK from 2012 to 2014. He holds a B.A. in business administration from Indiana State University. Mr. Boyle joined L Brands, Inc. in 2008.

Melinda (Mel) McAfee

Chief Human Resources Officer and Chief Legal Officer
Victoria’s Secret & Co.

Mel McAfee joined Victoria’s Secret & Co. in May 2021 as Chief Legal Officer.  Her role expanded to include Chief Human Resources Officer in October 2022. Previously she was Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of EXPRESS, Inc., a specialty retail apparel company.

Prior to joining EXPRESS, Mel was in-house counsel for Abercrombie & Fitch Co. for over 10 years and a partner in the Labor & Employment practice of Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease, LLP.

Mel has experience in the areas of governance, employment, privacy, marketing, regulatory, commercial contracts, health & safety, immigration and retail operations, both domestically and internationally. She is a Certified Information Privacy Professional for the US and EU.

Mel earned her Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a Management Concentration from Ohio Wesleyan University in 1992 and a Juris Doctorate from Georgetown University in 1995.

Christine (Chris) Rupp

Chief Customer Officer
Victoria’s Secret & Co.

Christine (Chris) Rupp is the Chief Customer Officer of Victoria’s Secret & Co., where she is responsible for creating a seamless store and digital commerce business globally and is accountable for sales and profitability across both channels. 

Chris is a transformational digital leader with 30 years in the retail field, including deep data and ecommerce expertise. She joins VS&Co from Albertsons where she was the Chief Customer and Digital Officer and dramatically expanded the loyal customer base and ecommerce distribution while she also improved the speed and cost of delivery. 

Prior to that, Chris was at Microsoft and Amazon, where she led Fulfillment by Amazon and launched Amazon Prime Day.
