May marks Asian American Pacific Islander (AAPI) Heritage Month as a time to acknowledge and celebrate the Asian-Americans and Pacific Islanders who have enriched our country’s history and are instrumental to its future success.

Associate Celebrations 

At Victoria’s Secret & Co., celebrating AAPI Heritage month begins internally with our associates. 

For this year’s celebration, the Asian Learning, Leadership & Innovation Network (ALL IN) – VS&Co’s Inclusion Resource Group (IRG) for Asian-American and Pacific Islander associates and their allies – has chosen the theme of Limitless Leadership to pay tribute to AAPI individuals who show up as leaders in various aspects of their lives: in their homes, in their workplaces and in their communities. 

From championing mental health to advocating against hate, and everything in between, we are honored to use our Victoria’s Secret and PINK platforms to amplify a few of the many limitless leaders of this community.  

Throughout the month, ALL IN will be hosting panel discussions, guest speaker sessions, and workshops that highlight AAPI leaders in their respective fields and spark conversations while underscoring our belief that diversity, equity and inclusion make us stronger. 

Furthering our belief in championing diversity, equity and inclusion, ALL IN has worked to establish a new, year-round partnership with a Central Ohio based nonprofit, Asian American Community Services. United by a shared mission, associates will serve as volunteers, mentors, and speakers and provide financial support to AACS in their commitment to providing advocacy, access, community development and other services to the Asian, Asian American and Pacific Islander communities in our home office community.
