LGBTQIA+ Community Support

Victoria’s Secret & Co. is deeply committed to our LGBTQIA+ associates and community. To support our LGBTQIA+ associates, we offer full health coverage for domestic partners and those seeking transition-related treatment such as gender reassignment, hormone therapy and mental health counseling, and full paid time off for adoptive and non-birth parents.

In addition, our inclusion resource group, Evolve, has supported our LGBTQIA+ associates and allies since 2011, and we actively provide both volunteers and financial support to LGBTQIA+ organizations, including:

  • Human Rights Campaign (HRC)
  • Kaleidoscope Youth
  • Stonewall Columbus

As a part of L Brands, Victoria’s Secret & Co. was proud to have scored 95 to 100 percent every year for the past decade on the HRC’s annual Corporate Equality Index, and be on their Best Places to Work list. HRC is America’s largest civil rights organization working to achieve LGBTQ+ equality.
