Zora’s House at Easton Victoria’s Secret Store
At Victoria’s Secret & Co., we believe diversity, equity and inclusion makes us stronger and is a part of everything we do. We’re committed to using the power of our platforms to create positive change while intentionally investing in minority-owned and women-owned businesses.
On Sunday, November 13, we brought this commitment to life with, Zora’s House, a non-profit organization dedicated to creating safe and inclusive spaces for Women of Color. Together, we hosted a preview of Zora’s House’s annual Women-of-Color-Owned Holiday Market at our Easton Town Center store in our home office community of Columbus, Ohio.
Zora’s House’s larger annual Women-of-Color-Owned Holiday Market, which they’ve hosted since 2017, will take place Dec. 9-10.
The event spotlighted four local, Women-of-Color businesses including:
The event also featured an interactive art installation designed by Raeghan Buchanan, customized Victoria’s Secret perfume bottle engravings, activities that explored the meaning of empowerment and a chance to win Victoria’s Secret products.
This latest event was more than just a singular moment – it is a part of our year-round, ongoing partnership with Zora’s House to support Women of Color in our communities and supports our larger mission to welcome, celebrate and champion all women.
Our partnership with Zora’s House launched in 2021 with a $100,000 donation and programmatic support including facilitating professional development workshops for associates, supporting our wear and fit program, providing volunteer opportunities and much more.
