Victoria’s Secret & Co. is comprised of a global team of diverse and passionate home office, distribution center and store associates who are united by a common purpose: providing our customers with products and experiences that make them feel good inside and out while driving positive change.
We know this purpose starts from within and through listening to what our customers and associates need, we’ve transformed our company to center around this new goal.
