Community & Philanthropy

As a global organization with a large platform, it's our responsibility to use our time, money and resources to drive change that extends beyond our business and creates a more sustainable world. In 2021, 88 percent of total giving was directed to organizations that formally supported women, people of color, veterans and military, people with disabilities, different age groups and the LGBTQIA+ community. In addition to the Victoria’s Secret & Co Foundation efforts that we are taking to support the community, we are also committing $300,000 in 2022 to nonprofit organizations identified by our Inclusion Resource Groups (IRGs), including, among others:

  • Hispanics Inspiring Students’ Performance and Achievement
  • The Point Foundation
  • Zora’s House
  • Runway of Dreams
  • YWCA
